About Me

Kalin Gregg was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, moving to West Virginia in 2013 with her family. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Shepherd University, Shepherdstown, WV and continues to work as a studio painter and exhibiting artist. She has exhibited her work in numerous local and regional exhibitions such as the 2nd Annual New Appalachia Exhibit at Vestige Concept Gallery in Pittsburgh, PA, Being Seen at TAG the Artists Gallery in Frederick, MD, as well as Everything Blue at the MVA Gallery in Allentown, PA. Her work was also included in the Shepherd University art and literary publication, Sans Merci in 2023. Kalin’s main focus is creating and painting realistic still lives that utilize forced perspective and enhanced color to elevate the monumentality, appearance and importance of otherwise common objects.
